Discovered a charge for a tablet that I don’t own. It was hidden under a drop down menu. They won’t stop or remove the charge or issue a refund.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Stop charging me for a service that I didn’t authorize. Refund full amount of charges that I never used.
