I haven’t had my device since June 1 and they sent me a high bill and im not paying because they can’t get my replacement device to me. My account is all messed up several representatives have told me when they look at my notes they see a lot of mistakes and wrong device on my account. This is frustrating all I was wanting was my device replacement and they can’t work that out
