Comcast Complaint

I have called xfinity/comcast about an outstanding balance that is not applicable to my account. I have paid in full since November 2018, but comcast/Xfinity is saying I missed one payment in January. I paid in January my dues and have the bank statement showing the payment. The payment was then returned to me March 13th from comcast/Xfinity. I still have an outstanding balance of 300 dollars from This. I feel like comcast/Xfinity is trying to pull a quick one by doing this. I have called and called and had an escalation team work on this but we cant make a solution. So I don’t know where else to turn to in fixing this problem that isnt mine.
