Started working with spectrum to get phone service got my welcome to spectrum letter on jun12
signed up June 5th 5 days later I got my phone on June 10, I have 2 weeks to evaluate the phone. Even though I did not get my phone for 5 days after I signed up they say the date starts when I sign up.
So When I called them today, 21 June they said my time has expired even though I have only had the phone for 11 days.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I have an S10 + I want a note 9 instead.
I pay around 400.00 monthly for bundled service. If they can’t fix this issue with the new phone service I will cancel everything
