. Ive been trying to get a DATE AND TIME for a technician installation for 8 days now. Numerous orders have been placed and every time they keep getting cancelled due to “no technician being available” I have spent about 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Ive called daily, been in live chats online daily, and nothing is being done. Every single person tells me they can fix the problem and they are sorry for all the trouble yet nothing is being done to resolve the issue. I have requested my money back numerous times as well and keep getting the run around about that as well. When you take money from someone and you don’t provide the service its stealing. So as far as I am concerned I was stolen from.
