You have not provided me working service since my install. Please look in to 972 *** **** to see why I am filing a Public Utilities Commission complaint against you personally and the way you choose to run frontier. Over 100 calls for not providing internet and tv doesn’t get over looked these days. And just because you loose the records my phone records will be very clear as to how many hours I spend on the phone and how you have an employee who is most likely jeopardizing your ability to business in Texas.. going after it if I don’t hear from you by Tuesday at 8 am. Been on the phone over 200 hours with your company and feel I have done my due diligence as a customer. Please look at the records they speak for themselves… your office of the president folks need to learn to do there jobs as well.. I guess the public utilities commission is the space to file with next….
