They took out auto payment twice. Nearly 5,000 and almost a year has passed and they will not give me my money. I just got a claim number 2 weeks ago and they asked for documentation from my bank which I sent them again plus the bank tracer numbers. I am tired of waiting and getting the run around. I want to sue them and get my money back. I don’t know what office to serve them at. I am in San Diego.

I want my money back that they took from my bank account, not credit on my account because I am cutting up my cards. I want cash, the way that they took it. And I want interest on this money for a year.
