Sold me the over 55 plan for 60 when signing up for automatic payment and gave me a third line for 20 more so a total of 80 a month which I could afford. They changed my plan to another plan without my knowledge to a 140 a month. I have been fighting them for over 2 years. They said the plan didn’t exist welk their employee sold it to me. Then they offered the plan I had originally so I asked for it back and was told it was grandfathered in. So I am paying 60 dollars more every month and cant get my old olan back at AT&T which I was with for over 20 years.
