Well let’s start off like this on January 25 they had took out 109.85 twice on that day an then on the 30 of January they took another 109.85 out again totaling amount of 329.55 from my fortiva credit card an they told me to send them proof of the statements that is what I did an I had called on May 21 an they told me oh I am very sorry but we did not receive anything. But the same day I sent it you direct tv UV claims department they had got it in May 7 with out any problems. I had just paid my credit card on January 17 to be completely paid off an then your company goes in my card with out my permission an takes out the amount of 109.85 three times an they told me oh no miss we can’t do that without your permission or you calling in. Like I told them you guys can’t but you did an I don’t know who I have to talk to but I am really getting tired of all this an on top of it I am always getting my service shut off forcing me to pay a high amount an then on top off it my bill gets lowered down from what I had cause my promotions expired an they gave me another one for 61 an some change at not one point in time did they tell me oh your next month bill is going to be higher I was told it would be 61 for July now I am getting forced to pay that amount otherwise I will have my service shut off again so far of having service with you guys since 2017 I had my service shut off on me like 6 times an all we’re around the holidays forcing me to pay high amounts every time I did so my kids could watch their shows. I was even told in January that I am getting charged for prorated charges an she said that direct tv has to fix that I should not have to pay for that but I did one time I had one thousand dollars worth of prorated charges that I had to pay just to get my service put back on I really need to k ow what I can do to this company I stay with this company even though I get treated like this I love the channels I love the price of the bill but everything else is just HORRIBLE. I am really hoping that someone there can help me out I had got lied to stole from an over charged an I was even told to go to an AT&T store so that they can see what I am telling them it’s like I have to proof to them because they think I am lie to them I had e-mailed to them on April 29 an again on May 21 an still have not herd nothing back I am

At my breaking point I don’t think that this is far on how I am getting treated I stay with this company no matter what I try to just suck it up but after a while you get tired of the same old things happening to you so I am hoping someone there can fix this
