One of Allstates drivers damaged my vehicle. I received a quote that was less than the estimate that I was provided by my repair shop. After over a month of calling the agent assigned to my claim, my estimate is still pending approval and haven’t received a phone call to move forward

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
A check for the cost of repair or a notification for proceeding with an appointment to repair my vehicle
