I cannot express to you how much I hate Sprint. My son hasn’t had cell service on his phone since the end of May. It is now the middle of July. I have been tossed around to every department. My son can’t even call 911 from his phone. When I said let me out of my contract, they told me they would charge me all sorts of fees when in reality, Sprint has broken the contract by not providing services.
