Coinbase Complaint

On July 4th,2019 I tried to transfer $200 of Bitcoin from my Coinbase account. I had message pop up that Withdrawal limited exceeded. I could only withdrawal $0. I googled Coinbase customer service. I called and the phone was answered Coinbase. I was told I needed to move money from my Bitcoin wallet to the Bitcoin vault. The rep said he would help me. He came in my computer and $4835 was transferred out of my Coinbase account. The Coinbase screen said the money wasn’t leaving the Coinbase account and i was being told 10 minutes earlier nothing could be transferred. I called Coinbase back while the transaction was pending . I asked to stop the transaction and the girl would stop it. I argued with the rep for 15 minutes to close my account for fraud. She eventually did after the transaction was completed. I feel that it was a conspiracy not to stop the transaction. I still have coins in my account. It has been 6 days and Coinbase hasn’t responded. It was escalated to a specialist.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund my .4094 bitcoin. $4835 at the time and now Bitcoin is trading higher.
