AT&T Wireless Complaint

Have been being charged for a line I did not authorize or know about until last month, the refuse to take it off my bill. Reps say it is connected to a phone that I returned under the insurance contract, I had to pay extra when my phone that was still under warranty quit working, the insurance sent me a new phone and said to just put my SIM card in it. Little did I know that they were going to charge me for a new line as well as for my old line. I will not pay the charges and they keep threatening to disconnect me. AT&T reps are not helpful at all, they keep coming up with excuses and say they can’t reimburse me for charges made for this nonexistent line. Tired of fighting with them, they have been charging my accounts once February of 2019 for something that I didn’t authorize and didn’t know about.
