The sales person told me to enroll my 11 years old son for personal training, and told me that if my son does not like it, anyone in our family can use the rest of sessions, and it is our money forever.
After 4 sessions, my son refused to go to the training. It was a pain for add me to the session. Then I was found out has Spine issue and could not use the session, I had to pay $35 per month to keep my session alive. I did it and keep paying until one day I talked with the LA operation manager and its customer service, and was told it is ok to freeze the account until my son is ready to come back to use it.
When my son is ready last Month, LA fitness told me, all the sessions are expired, I paid > $3000 total, it is all gone
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like to use the sessions I paid for. If not, I want the refund
