AT&T Wireless Complaint

In March of 2018, AT&T offered a buy one get one promo. They proceeded to activate a phantom line and charge me double for the last 17 months. I also added a line as they required but they appear to have added one more. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T and they claim it’s the store’s problem. They are only the provider.
