I have their service for over 10 years, i recently canceled cable and phone service and kept unlimited online data, as of march they automatically cancel my inlimited and they have been charging over data limit. Every month since april i call to solve this issue which their answer is i never had unlimited but they assure that they will change it, but they continue charging me the over the limit data. They automatically change my services monthly and is getting to be annoying and costly, when i let them know i been calling every month their answer is, is not on the system. I will like the chages of over the limit data refunded aince is what i asked in the first place i had unlimited for over twn yrs what is the reason is automatically changed?
