AT&T Wireless Complaint

I have been billed and sent to collections for a debt on a phone I never activated and sent back to AT&T. After being on the phone for hours with different customer service agents unable and too incompetent to help, I am still receiving billing notices for this phone. This has been an unnecessary sore in my life.
