Car broke down 2 weeks ago and is not under my possession. They are stalling in picking up the vehicle from impound. And charging me a fee every day.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Cancel the contract and refund me for the all the fees and the time I have put in following up with them that until this day I have not received any support.
