Wireless system consistently loses signal for hours at a time, rendering the system useless. Two smash-and-grab alarms alerting police to our home when we were home and the alarm was not activated. Three days taken off of work for service calls: one no show, second without proper equipment to repair, third no-show because equipment we waited for was given to prior customer even though the appointment was specifically scheduled after ADT called to tell us they would have it. Now being told I can’t cancel after 7 years of service (NOT including prior addresses totaling closer to 15) because we signed a new contract when our current panel was upgraded – even though the system has never worked properly despite MULTIPLE service calls. I have lost all faith and trust in the company – whose entire business model is based on trust and security.
