I took one class from capella last year.. my teacher submitted an “incomplete” for me because I had to tend to an emergency family issue.. they denied the “I” and charged me $2100 for the cost of the class which I paid for with my FAFSA financial aid.. not Im in collections for this ..
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
correct the bill and waive/cancel the fee they are requesting from me.
