I have called them numerous times due to charges and features that were supposed to 6e free I got charged and I still can’t use the service I have 6een charged for since nov-feb the switch my account and phone num6er feb-current still can’t use service I’ve 6een paying for through 2 companies Amazon prime and MetroPCS
