I was given a future Travel credit that was valid thru July 25th 2019 and when I called spirit airlines on July 25th 2019 to redeem my credit I was told my credit was no longer valid, but was offered a onetime credit extension and was instructed to call back in 48hrs, now it is August 10, nearly 3 weeks later, still haven’t received credit extension
