I am a prepaid customer, I paid the bill for May to June 2019, and cancelled plan later in July. However, when I asked for the receipt of my payment in August, ATT customer serivice refused to provide that receipt and states that they won’t be able to provide receipt for the terminated customer. Previously, when I try to get receipt more than 6 months ago, they refused that as well states the receipt of any payment more than 6 months will not be provided for prepaid customer. It caused me can’t bill my company for 4 month of mobile phone use.
