They made new updates on pay fare where they pay drivers less and they received more than what they promise they also have a rating system where you rate customer and they rate you for drivers you have to rate them immediately but customers have a 2 days wait period so if customer was rude and driver rates them a negative the customer can see it and give driver a negative rating which results in loosing job

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Fix ratings and reduce their percentage because customers are not tipping for anymore because they raise the price on every fare
