I was chcked into an AirBnb and was threaten to the point I felt my life was in danger by people in the neighborhood. I left and called Airbnb ASAP to tell them everything and I contacted the host as well. The host blew me off and AirBnb told me that they would contact me with more details and never did. 3 days later they tell me that they need a police report and I wasn’t told that so now they are refusing to refund me.

refund and damages for lost time at work to hand this problem.
