Equifax Complaint

Continually posts inaccurate information on my credit report. When I do get items removed they show back up 3 or 5 days later and then have to start all over again. The tell me that medical collections, once they are paid, can not be removed but yet Experian and TransUnion removed them. I told them to remove my consumer statement and they refuse to do it. I am applying for a mortgage and these screw-ups are affecting my ability to get my mortgage. I have complained numerous times to the Consumer Protection Agency and they initiate a complaint and Equifax comes back a says it will take an additional 60 days and nothing happens…I get the blow-off treatment. When I cal to some third world country and ask to speak to someone in the united states they transfer and the drop my call. I have talked with credit repair services, sent several certified letters with proper documentation and still, don’t have anything resolved. Then when dispute something and they send you an email saying is has been resolved and you got to their website to see the results the site is always down…this has been for over 2 months. I personally think they are in bed with the creditors to hurt people and jack interest rates up.
