Sat at airport for over 6 hours June 14,2019?first a delay, fine. Then load the plane let us sit there forever only to find out the pilot has timed out and a hole in the plane. Ok fine, service desk says you will receive 50!credit for delay and 50 credit for cancellation. Fine.

Well, the vouchers didn’t work? Something about base fare? That’s not what they told us on June 14,2019!!
