i claim guest stayed for the whole period…but they say guest cancelled the resevation after staying 2 days…of which i have no information …neither my calender was updated…full stay payment was released on next day but after 2 days of departure suddenly i see the released amount being claimed back from my future payments.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
want full payment for the stay…
