Today is August 17th 2019, Ive been having problems with this warranty company for my A/C issue since 6/26/2019. Over the past couple months this company has sent several different contractors to my house to diagnose the problem. They do not want to accept the cause for the AC not working which is because my AC ducts are saturated with water and now growing black mold. The black mold is also growing inside of my AC unit according to the last technician. They keep wanting wanting to send different technicians out for second and 3rd opinions. Since June 26th my family have not lived with AC (during the summer months). Now with black mold growing everywhere we cannot live in our home. We have been having to inconvenience ourselves, family and friends by staying at their home (to not inhale the black mold and the house is entirely too hot to live in).Every-time I call American Home Shield they either hangout on my or offer an appointment that is further out in the future.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I will like them the repair the issues that I pay them monthly to cover and reimburse me for the inconvenience of not being able to live in my home for the last couple of months.
