Was promised monthly $140. billed $274 first mo and $168 susequent months. Spent total of 6.5 hrs talting to numerous AT&T reps. All said their computer was down and could not help me. Finally reached a Loyalty rep who promised a $200 credit on my account and a $130 a month special plan for my 3 lines. none of the promises were kept so I stopped paying. Than tried again last week to speak with a Retention Rep. She said their computer is down and she can’t help me. I suggested she call me back the next day at 10:00am. She agreed. Next day no call was received at 10am or at anytime. Tired of being lied to. Visited Sprint
as AT&T IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND FAILED TO HONOR WHAT I HAD AGREED TO!
