I have been charged two service fees I should not have been charged for internet service issues which continue to be unresolved. I have not had reliable internet for more than two hours at a time since June of 2019. It is now August 2019. Not only is Optimum still charging me full price for internet but they have added two service fees, $80 each, for technician visits which claim the issue has been “on my end” despite making no fixes.
