AT&T Complaint

I have service with Direct TV/ATT. Since May 2019 I have been working to cancel the NFL portion of my service. I have made over 10 calls, chats and letters to try and cancel this. I have been repeatedly been promised that they will cancel the NFL portion and credit my account. I have yet to receive either. I’m beyond frustrated and irate over this issue. I no longer wish to subscribe to this service because of he lack of customer service over this matter. I would like my account credited from May to present for the NFL portion and I want to cancel my service. Please help.
