I cancelled my service 10 days into my billing cycle, but was billed in full for the month. Multiple Verizon reps agreed the billing should be adjusted, however my bill 2 months later remains the same. I am now speaking to a 3rd rep who is saying they don’t prorate. I would have waited to start my other service and not overlapped if I knew that was the case.
