My income has decreased and I can’t afford the $189 charge. They won’t let me cancel because they demand 2 months notice and want you to be an active paid member to cancel, but they keep trying to charge my account. Obviously I don’t want to go to collections, but they WON’T LET ME CANCEL. So I tried emailing them. They ignored me for a month and a half before finally replying. Instead of trying to work with my situation, they charged me $129 for an 8 session package without asking me if it’s what I wanted or giving my consent. I’m supposed to be billed on the 8th; this is an add-on as of the 22nd, they will try to bill me again on the 8th.
This is the worst company ever and they deserve to fail.

I would like a refund as well as a cancellation!
