Sprint Complaint

They continue to charge a sub sized fee on a phone I bought and failed to pay my AAA bill that was promised when I switched. Now they won’t let me cancel and are threatening to charge my account for the leased phones and mentioned that it may end up in collections.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I want to leave Sprint.
