The system is frequently down and the organization does not refund/credit accounts.

The organization constantly makes upgrades that require down time and does not inform customers.

I have to work from home and cannot and also smart devices for my 70 year old mom is not working and I cannot work from home since the system is down or cannot leave the house without having a way to check on my mom which without internet is not possible.
