I was charged $8.63 to the wrong card when I selected for the one I charged to be charged. I contacted lyft because the one they charged caused an overdraft in my bank account. When contacting through several emails because they don’t provide a customer service # they proclaim once the card is changed they can’t change it. Not only that the card I wanted charged had money on and with all ride share apps you can’t call a ride unless there was money on it. So because they wouldn’t charge the correct card I wanted I sent the money to the card they were charging but it doesn’t matter because I still have overdraft fee.
