On Monday, august 26th I ordered an Uber for $48.87 when signing up with my credit card. No Uber came, not only that but I was charged $48.87 on their web browser. At first I didn’t believe it was their website but than as I tried logging into the app I noticed they had already had my credit card on file. The which is not possible because this is the first time ever that I chose to use uber and get the app only way they could have gotten my credit card info was from that site which means they’re linked, I believe they took my money.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund, To admit that they messed up and an apology.
