I has requested a state change on my vehicle loan. The PNC auto loan department kept giving wrong phone numbers to fax it to, resulting in a delay of over 3 weeks. Now my car is grounded as the registration has expired. This is causing me to travel to work in cabs and taxis, and order food delivery etc. causing financial loss.
PNC has refused to even use expedited shipping to make it reach sooner.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
They must refund me all the expenses. But I have been categorically denied any reimbursements or help of any kind.
