Direct tv said I signed up for a 24 month contract. I signed up through Costco and I specifically told them I don’t do contract. They said that my bill would be a little higher and I said that’s perfectly ok. I also signed up for a bundle package with cable and internet, after I signed up and they came to connect they said there was no room on the line for internet. I then had to get internet elsewhere and still paid a significant amount a month. I feel that I was given false information just for these young workers to obtain a sale. I do not ever do contracts for this reason. I went to cancel because I’m moving and do not need service and knew I’d be moving within the year. I asked for all audio tapes to be obtained and a copy of a signed contract and they could not provide it. Please help me.
