I requested to reserve a place, after going over the rules and policies I decided the place didn’t fit our family. They refuse to give me my money back. Request to reserve the place and request to cancel was all done with in 1hour of booking. I never showed up to stay in the place, and they refuse to refund me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund me the whole amount of the transaction and fix their cancellation rules from the host. In this situations a same day booking should be allowed to cancel within a grace period.
