I booked an instant booking room and when I got there the host didn’t even know I was coming and didn’t have a room for me.Airbnb allowed me to cancel but won’t refund their fee even though this was entirely out of my control.They then sent me message for a few months saying they would resolve the problem before the closed the message thread without even providing a response.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
refund all amounts I paid for a place I never could stay in.
