Uber Complaint

They deactivated my driver account permanently without any due process. I received ~8 complaints (out of 2600+ trips) from January 2019 to June 2019. At least three of them were due had malicious intent and were made by drivers who I denied service to. They actually complained out of spite and it actually contributed to my account getting deactivated. All of my trips are recorded on dashcam and they did not even give me the chance to defend myself. They have no interest in what really happened. They just treat us like shit and blindly believe what any passenger says about us.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Give me a chance to defend myself and reactivate my account. I am innocent of all of the 8 complaints. I have never broken community guidelines.
