An eBay buyer filed an “item not received ” claim.eBay ruled in the buyer favor and took the amount out of my PayPal account without my permission.I have tried to get that money back to no avail.Also, eBay wants me to pay them for the exact amount.I will not pay, as I am not at fault.I also want PayPal to make my account positive.
