I was wrongly charged twice by Uber, and I have been trying to contact them for five days, even got on the phone with an agent and they won’t help me or reply to me, not even to give a justification. I am tired of this, what can I do to compensate my hassle? They are taking money out of my account like no one business, I am not safe, neither my personal information.

I initially would like a simple refund, however they will even acknowledge my concern, now after hours of trying and trying, I want to legally sue Uber for damages, or anything that is applicable to my matter.
