Deposited a check from a client into weals Fargo. I’m self employed They took the deposit, released the funds the next day, allowed me to access all funds, then the following Monday took all funds back to hold until September 17th of 2019 for “verification”. I have now lost a days wage(500$) due to them taking the money out of my account.. I couldn’t purchase gas to get to my job or buy the tool I needed at Home Depot for the scope of work. I have proof from my client that the funds have already been taken by Wells Fargo from them.I’d like them to reimburse my lost wage and will go to small claims if you can’t help.
