I was going out of the United states of and I did not know when I would return. I called the customer retention line and they advised me to return equipment to the USPS office. And was told I wont be charge any fee because they don’t have service in the area I am going. That was my last conversation with them. I was told that this conversation was recorded. Four months after A collection company called Credence started threat thatthey will list this on my credit report file. This is embarrassing.

I am demanding this to stop. All my bills with direct TV was settled.
