After nine months of broken promises and/or no tangible action to credit my Verizon Wireless Business account for incorrect charges, I plan to sue in small claims court to resolve this matter.
I have been charged incorrectly as follows:
1. For a wireless device I didn’t buy and do not have
2. For more than the monthly amount quoted by Verizon Wireless
I have tried in good faith to resolve this with multiple Verizon supervisors and customer service representatives, and have substantial documentation to support my claim. In addition, I intend to recover damages for lost work time spent while pursuing a resolution, and for any and all legal and related costs.
