After an auto accident the insurance company settled with Santander. This was a month ago. It has been verified that the check was cashed, however Santander has still taken 2 car payments and has not released the title. They also have sent the information to our credit report which has impacted us greatly.Santander is unwilling to answer any questions as we have called Korea than 5 times and even had a third party call with our insurance company.

Santander needs to refund us two months worth of payments,release the car title, and reverse the credit impact on our credit history.
