Allstate Complaint

I purchased a policy with Allstate over the phone on September 12, 2019.

I waited for 4 days to gain access of my account via the Mobile App. It is vey important that I get my ID cards. I finally am able to log in but the account is showing up as being terminated as of 10/28/2019.

I let the the sales rep know how important it is that I receive my Policy with ID cards ASAP so that my Boyfriend Anthony may update Lyft with our new insurance as he is a driver for the rideshare company.

I called and they say that I am being denied coverage and after the 28th of October I will need to find another provider. They said that no ID cards were issued and will not be issued.

This is a big problem for me! I really needed those cards and they are making things extremely difficult.

I don’t want the coverage just my money back so that I may apply the payment to a better policy with a better company!
